We suggest bringing all items to room temperature immediately before cooking

WHOLE ROSEMARY ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, CAJUN FRIED TURKEY BREAST, BONE-IN TURKEY & WHOLE HAM: Heat covered at 350 degrees for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove foil, place in baking dish and return to oven for 15-20 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165.

SLICED TURKEY OR HAM: Heat covered at 350 degrees for approximately 30-45 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165.

GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN: Heat uncovered at 400 degrees for approximately 10-15 minutes depending on desired cook.

ALL CASSEROLES, MASHED POTATOES, MACARONI & CHEESE, STUFFING: Remove plastic and cover with foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

NOTE: Check the middle of the casserole. If not thoroughly done, return to oven. Cornbread Stuffing: Uncover the last 5-10 minutes to brown.

SMALL 25-35 min LARGE 40-50 min HALF ALUMINUM PANS 1-1 1/2 hours

TURKEY GRAVY: Heat in saucepan on low until evenly heated. Stir frequently to maintain consistency of gravy.

ROLLS, MUFFINS & CORNBREAD: Transfer to a covered baking dish or aluminum covered pan. Heat covered at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
